What a great experience - we enjoyed every minute. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Food very good. The pool stunning. We stayed here for a wedding. The hotel did a top job. So nicely decorated with beautiful flowers on the tables, fairy lights, very romantic. The buffet for about 200 guests was scrumptious.

The hotel is located outside of the city. The Spa is great and so are the girls there. If you go for the spa that's ok. But, the service of the hotel is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel!! Stay somewhere else and go there only for the spa. Very poor management. It seems that they don't have a lot of guests so they treat you as a walking wallet. They even charge for the espresso in the breakfast (5 star hotel!!).

We spent 3 nights - couple and a 10 Yr old - with the focus on visiting Meteora. We nicknamed it our James Bond hotel as that is what it looks like from a distance! View, pool and restaurant all very modern, clean and superb. Lots of people come for a day visit to use the pool (free bottles of water given) and even more for sunset co*cktails. Quite a few instagrammers posing but that's fine. We stayed for dinner 2 nights. Rare for us but we were so comfortable and relaxed and our daughter loved the spaghetti with red sauce and I had the risotto both times, it was so delicious. Wine is divine too. Service a little slow but we were in no rush and all the staff were super lovely. Breakfast is great with lots of Greek delicacies. I loved my cafe freddo every morning! Only 20 min drive to the ecstatically amazing Meteora. Trikala is 10 min drive but bear in mind shops shut in the afternoon and i recommend google mapping car parks as street parking is hard to find. Lots more restaurants and cafes to choose from The only minus is that the rooms need an upgrade in comparison to the contemporary look of the rest of the hotel. Clean, functional but business like and could just do with some brightness. Definetley recommend as best hotel in the area for visiting Meteora.

Wonderful hotel on a hill with great view on the surrounding area from the rooms, the restaurant and the outside pool. The rooms are comfortable, not top level but with all comfort you need. The sundeck with outdoor pool is just amazing !! All very new and very nice, great service at the pool and the restaurant is just next to it with outdoor seating area close to the pool. Amazing views. The hotel also has a brand new indoor wellness area with sauna, steam bath, small indoor pool and area for massages. Very friendly personnel everywhere. Nice breakfast buffet with espresso coffee, good restaurant (not top level, but good), a bit slow service at the bar/restaurant, but overall very happy with our stay. This is the best hotel close to the Meteora region (just 30 minutes drive). Highly recommended, we would for sure come back if we visit this area again.

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Το οικογειακο δωμάτιο - σουίτα κόστιζε περίπου στα 400 ευρώ τη βραδιά αλλά ήταν εξαιρετικής αισθητικής με 2 χώρους και απίστευτη θέα στον Θεσσαλικό κάμπο και την πολη των Τρικάλων （το μπαλκόνι του ήταν απλά τεραστιο!!） οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου πολλές κ υψηλής αισθητικής （γυμναστήριο , spa, πισίνα εσωτερική , χαμαμ κτλπ）. Το μόνο μελανό σημείο το εστιατόριο που ήταν μέτριο και το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερο.

Im Café -Restaurant nach mehrmaligem Anfragen haben wir endlich bestellt. Nach einer weiteren Stunde warten bekamen wir die Getränke. Irgendwann dann auch das Essen. Das Personal sehr nett und hat sich entschuldigt, trotzdem Service inakzeptabel

Αρκετά καλό ξενοδοχείο. Βέβαια υστερεί σε παροχές προσωπικού. Ξέχασα εκεί την τσάντα μου και ενώ μετά το check out παρέμεινα στην πολη για ακόμη 5 ώρες κανείς δεν με κάλεσε για να περάσω να την πάρω... Μου την έστειλαν την επόμενη ημέρα μετά από δική μου αναζήτηση (η reception είχε άγνοια και έπρεπε να μιλήσω με το μπαρ όπου την είχαν πετάξει) με χρέωση μεταφορικών 21 ευρώ!!!!!!

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, πεντακάθαρο, πρωινό από ποιοτικά προϊόντα, δοκιμάσαμε το φαγητό του εστιατορίου, πολύ γευστικό και ποιοτικό επίσης. Παρά πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Πολλά credits στα παιδιά στην reception. Ένα ξενοδοχείο πάνω σε λόφο με εξαιρετική θέα, με λίγα δωμάτια, να ηρεμήσεις και να απολαύσεις την διαμονή σου. Μπράβο, συνεχίστε έτσι!!!

Πήγαμε για 4 ημέρες και μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι. Βασικά το ξενοδοχείο είναι το καλύτερο στη περιοχή. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Το πρωινό υπερπλήρες. Τηρούνται ΟΛΑ τα μέτρα για τον COVID. Επίσης κάναμε και ρεβεγιόν στο ξενοδοχείο στο οποίο περάσαμε τέλεια και το φαγητό ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Στα αρνητικά είναι το στρώμα του κρεβατιού （άβολο）, το μέγεθος του μαξιλαριού （τεράστιο） και στο ότι επιτρέπονται και τα κατοικίδια τα οποία αν δεν κάνουν θόρυβο no problem, αλλά στην αντίθετη περίπτωση είναι πρόβλημα （μέτρια ηχομόνωση） Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα

Επισκέφθηκα το ξενοδοχείο για το χριστουγεννιάτικο ρεβεγιόν με φίλους. Το φαγητό είχε επιμεληθεί γνωστός σεφ της χώρας και ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ. Ωστόσο, έχοντας δουλέψει στο πόστο του service σε ξενοδοχεία 5*, μπορώ με σιγουριά να πω ότι δεν ανταποκρίθηκε καθόλου στις προσδοκίες μας. Το πιάτο της σαλάτας (που ήταν το δεύτερο πιάτο στο μενού) ήρθε μετά από μία ώρα και το σέρβις του νερού και του κρασιού ήταν ανύπαρκτο, ενώ στα μπροστινά τραπέζια υπήρχε μεγαλύτερη προσοχή. Ίσως ήταν γνωστά ονόματα και χρειάζονταν περισσότερη περιποίηση. Δώσαμε αρκετά χρήματα για κάτι που δεν έχουμε την οικονομική δυνατότητα να κάνουμε σε καθημερινή βάση, αλλά για μένα προσωπικά αυτό δεν ήταν service 5* ξενοδοχείου.

Ένα μοναδικό ξενοδοχείο με απίστευτη θέα που με το πρώτο φως του ηλίου μαγεύεσαι!! Οι άνθρωποι στην υποδοχή ήταν όχι απλά ευγενικοί αλλά πραγματικά σε σκλαβώνουν .το πρωινό του καταπληκτικό.!!!! Το spa υπέροχο τα κορίτσια μέσα σε αυτό εξυπηρετικότατες και πάντα χαμογελαστές!!! Νομίζω ότι έχουν κερδίσει το στοίχημα στο να έχεις ένα σωστό 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο γιατί με το που φτάνεις νοιωθεις σαν το σπίτι σου ηρεμία και γαλήνη .φάγαμε και στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου και μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι και από τις τιμές και από την ποιότητα !!! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους θα είστε πάντα η πρώτη μας επιλογή !!!!!!

Ein wunderschöner Blick über die Ebene von Trikkala von den sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern des Hotels. Ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück (leider im Moment etwas laut, da auf der anderen Seite des Hotels renoviert wird - das wurde uns aber vorher angekündigt), ein tolles Hallenschwimmbad mit Hamam und Sauna (das Außenschwimmbad war im September schon zu kalt). Sehr nettes Personal, schnelle Erledigung der Wäsche (unser Koffer ging auf der Anreise verloren).
